Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. A free trial, then a guarantee

Bidligence is provided by GigaTech Niugini Limited (company no. 1-148489106), trading as Bidligence. Paddle is our merchant of record and processes every payment and refund.

Starter and Pro start with a free trial of 3 days (Terms §4): cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged; otherwise the plan price is charged automatically when it ends. In addition, each new account receives a one-time grant of 500 welcome credits in the first workspace it creates, once its e-mail address is confirmed — enough to analyse a tender, run the bid/no-bid Bid Score and see a priced Bill of Quantities, though not to generate the full document package, which needs a paid plan whatever credits a workspace holds. The grant is made once per e-mail inbox, not once per account or workspace. Welcome credits are granted free of charge, never expire, and are not refundable or convertible to cash. Once they are spent, a workspace with no plan can still be created, set up and filled with documents, and it will watch for tenders, but it cannot run Super Intelligence analysis.

What you get instead is a decision you can undo: if Bidligence turns out not to be for you, the first payment on a workspace is refundable in full and the subscription ends. Section 4 sets out the window and how to ask.

2. What you are billed

Starter is US$399 per workspace per month, or US$3,990 per year. Pro is US$799 per workspace per month, or US$7,990 per year. Both are billed in advance for the period ahead. Enterprise is quoted and invoiced under a separate agreement, and that agreement governs its refunds.

Credit top-ups are one-off purchases on top of a plan, bought by amount: any whole amount from US$50 to US$10,000, at US$1 for 2 credits. They are charged once, at the moment you buy them.

Paddle is the merchant of record for self-service plans and top-ups: the charge on your statement, the invoice and any tax are Paddle's, and every refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

3. Cancelling

Cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel, or from the Paddle billing portal linked on the same page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: the plan is not cut off mid-period, nothing further is charged, and the workspace stops granting credits when the period closes. Your data stays until you delete it, and everything that does not need Super Intelligence keeps working.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data, and deleting a workspace does not cancel its subscription. Cancel the subscription first — Bidligence refuses to delete a workspace whose subscription is still billing, so that nobody is charged for a workspace that no longer exists.

4. Refunds

First payment: if you are within 14 days of the first payment on a workspace and have decided Bidligence is not for you, ask and we will refund that payment in full and end the subscription.

Accidental or duplicate charges — a renewal you meant to cancel, the same workspace paid for twice, a plan bought on the wrong account — are refunded in full whenever you tell us.

Extended failure of the Service: if Bidligence is unavailable, or a core step of the bid workflow is broken, for a sustained period inside a paid month, tell us and we will refund that period pro rata or extend the plan by the lost time, whichever you prefer.

Credit top-ups: a top-up you have not spent any of is refunded in full on request within 14 days of buying it, and the credits are removed. Once credits from a top-up have been spent they have been used to buy Super Intelligence work that we paid for, and that part is not refundable.

Outside those cases we do not refund a period that has already been used, and we do not refund the unused remainder of a period you chose to cancel — access continues to the end of it instead. Plan credits that expire unused at the end of a period are not refunded or converted to cash. Super Intelligence generations, exports and other usage already consumed in a period are not separately refundable. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the consumer law of your country.

5. How to ask

Write to hello@bidligence.com from the e-mail address on the account, with the workspace name and the Paddle receipt or transaction reference. We reply within 5 business days. An approved refund is submitted to Paddle immediately and normally reaches the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something has gone wrong with a charge, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — a chargeback may lead us to suspend the workspace until it is resolved, and we can almost always fix the problem faster.

6. Price changes

Published prices apply to the period you are buying. If we change a price, the new price takes effect at your next renewal and we tell you before that renewal is charged; you may cancel before it, at no cost, if you do not want it.

The same applies to what a credit buys. If the cost of the machine-learning models behind Bidligence Super Intelligence changes enough that we have to change a plan's credit allowance or what an action costs in credits, we tell you before the renewal it affects, and credits you have already bought keep the value they had when you bought them.
