The Ministry of Finance links its government procurement section to ePerolehan. All contractors, local or foreign, must register with CIDB before they build in Malaysia. CIDB says an SPKK certificate lets a contractor join government construction procurement.
We checked these sources on 1 November 2026. ePerolehan blocked our automated checks, so we could not open it. A Government Procurement Act was gazetted on 26 May 2026. On 30 June 2026 the Second Finance Minister said it should start in 2027. The tender's own documents always decide.
The Ministry of Finance home page lists ePerolehan under Government Procurement. The Ministry's guidance on procurement methods is dated 30 March 2016. Newer circulars may have changed some limits.

These steps follow CIDB's registration page and the Ministry of Finance guidance.
CIDB says SPKK holders may join government construction procurement under Treasury Circular No. 6 of 2012 and Treasury Instruction No. 3 of 2012. The limits below come from the 2016 Ministry guidance.
Yes, but CIDB registration comes first. Section 25 of Act 520 requires all contractors, local or foreign, to register before they do construction work. Working without it brings a fine of RM10,000 to RM100,000 (Section 29).

Lenders list some of this work on their own sites. Our guide to development-bank tenders explains who runs each tender.
Bidligence's nightly tender search covers Malaysia. You can also upload a Malaysian tender, and Bidligence reads what it requires. Like any service, it misses some tenders, so keep checking your key buyers. See tender alerts.
Rules and portals change. Check the tender’s own documents and the official source before you rely on any of this.
