Answer · Tenders by country
Saudi government tenders are published on Etimad, the Ministry of Finance's electronic platform. Government bodies may not accept a bid for classified work unless the contractor holds the right classification. Under the 2019 law, bid security is 1% to 2% of the bid.
We checked these sources in November 2026. Etimad showed our automated check a human-check page, so we could not read its tender list. The tender's own documents always decide.
The 2019 tenders law says government tenders are published through one electronic portal under the Ministry of Finance. The General Authority for Statistics tells bidders to find its current tenders on Etimad.
| Source | What it lists | Link |

| Etimad | Government tenders and procurement. Our automated check met a human-check page. | tenders.etimad.sa |

Upload the tender pack and Bidligence reads the mandatory documents, bid security, evaluation method and key dates from the documents.

Open Etimad in a normal browser. Keep it in your daily routine, because automated tools may not read it.
We could not read Etimad's own registration steps. These steps follow the laws below.
A new Government Tenders and Procurement Law, Royal Decree No. M/76, will replace the 2019 law (Royal Decree No. M/128). CMS, a law firm, says it starts 120 days after publication in the Official Gazette. Baker McKenzie, another law firm, says it was published on 4 September 2026 and starts on 2 January 2027. We could not read the Gazette text. Check which law your tender cites.
Yes, with limits. Government bodies contract only licensed persons. Before a government body contracts a foreign person, it must check the local market. It must find that no more than one qualified local person is available (2019 law, Article 3).

These notices follow the funder, not the country. Our guide to development-bank tenders explains who runs each tender.
Bidligence's nightly tender search covers Saudi Arabia. Once your workspace watches the country, it searches the web each night for new tenders. Matches go to your inbox. It misses some, so keep checking Etimad. You can also upload a Saudi tender and Bidligence reads what it requires. See tender alerts.
None of Bidligence’s sources for this list has returned tender notices in the last 30 days. Until one does, these tenders reach you through the nightly web search and any tender pages or RSS feeds you add yourself.
Rules and portals change. Check the tender’s own documents and the official source before you rely on any of this.
