Is there free tender software?

There are free starting points. STACK mentions a free version, and Buildxact lists a free Go plan with 5 credits. Bidligence has a free workspace with welcome credits. Each has limits, so read them first.

Why do so many vendors not publish prices?

Their pages say the price depends on things such as team size, package or construction volume. Ask for a written quote. Ask what it includes and how long the contract runs.

Do I have to pay yearly?

It varies. ConstructConnect's Project Intelligence Starter is month to month, and Buildxact offers monthly or annual billing. PlanSwift bills annually, and Altura says all its plans are annual.

What do tender alert services cost?

TED gives free access to its notices. Paid prices vary widely. Tenders Direct lists subscriptions starting from £1,359, and BidHits lists plans from $21.50 a month. See tender alert services.

Does the price include training?

Sometimes. PlanSwift lists priority support and 2 hours of live training on its paid plans. Buildxact lists training and support on its plans. Ask any other vendor directly.

How much does tender software cost?

Tender and estimating software runs from free plans to $10,000 a year or more. That is what public price pages showed in November 2026. STACK lists takeoff from as low as $299 per user a month. Buildxact lists a free plan. Procore, Loopio and Altura quote each customer.
