What can software draft well?
It does best when your own material is good and the question is clear. These jobs often suit it.
- A first draft of a method statement, based on your past work.
- CVs set out in the form the tender asks for.
- A company profile built from your own records.
- A list of each requirement and where you answer it.
What can it not do?
Some parts of a bid need a person or a real document. The examples below use the World Bank's works document (September 2025 edition).
- It cannot know a project you never recorded.
- It cannot sign. The bid must include written authority for the person who signs (ITB 11).
- It cannot get your bid security. Where one is required, you supply it in original form (ITB 19.1).
- It cannot visit the site. The document advises bidders to visit and examine it (ITB 7).
- It cannot own your price or your risk. Those stay with your firm.
