Where are Ghanaian construction tenders published?
GHANEPS describes itself as a web-based system for tender notices, bid submission, evaluation and contract awards. Its home page lists a notice of 23 November 2023 on mandatory use of GHANEPS for all government procurement. The 2003 text of the Public Procurement Act also names older places. Section 47 asks for notices in the Public Procurement Bulletin and in two national newspapers.
