Where are Nigerian construction tenders published?
Section 25 of the 2007 Act sets the places. A national tender goes on the buyer's notice board and website, in two national newspapers and in the procurement journal. An international tender goes in two national newspapers, the procurement journal and one internationally recognised publication. It also goes on the websites of the buyer and BPP. A news report says later amendments shortened the advertising periods, so read the closing date in the notice.
