Does Bidligence know my country's procurement law?

Regional profiles hold local law, buyers and standards for the places they cover. Even so, the tender's own documents decide. Check them, and take local advice where the law is unclear.

Can I bid in my own currency?

Yes, if it is among the 100 currencies. You can bid in one currency, take supplier quotes in another and report in your own.

Which time zone does it use for deadlines?

It uses the time zone of the place of submission, as the analysis reads it from the tender. Until then, a bid uses the time zone of its procurement profile.

Does it cover World Bank and other development-bank tenders in my country?

Some come from the multilateral sources and the nightly search. Some banks block automated reading, so those notices arrive only if another source finds them. See development-bank tenders.

Answer · About Bidligence

Does Bidligence work in my country?

Yes for uploaded tenders: Bidligence can analyse a tender from any country. What changes by country is the tender alerts and the procurement profile. The nightly tender search covers 66 countries, and 21 regional profiles add local rules to a global default.

What works everywhere, and what depends on the country?

Which procurement profiles exist?

The global default follows World Bank and FIDIC practice. Regional profiles add the local procurement law, buyers, standards and price references. They include those below. See global procurement.

Region	Regional profiles include
North America	United States, Canada, Mexico
Latin America	Brazil
Europe	United Kingdom, European Union
Middle East	United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia
Africa	South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt
Asia	India, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia
Australasia	Australia, New Zealand

A profile shapes how a tender is read, written and priced. It is not a compliance check. The tender's own instructions to bidders decide.
