What does Bidligence do?
Bidligence takes one construction tender from the notice to a package that is ready to sign. Each step reads the one before it, and each step is saved as you go.
- 1Find. The tender feed matches public notices to your countries, keywords and minimum value.
- 2Read. Tender analysis reads the pack, scans included, and lists scope, dates, criteria and mandatory documents.
- 3Decide. The Bid Score rates the tender on six factors and recommends bid, conditional or no-bid.
- 4Price. BOQ pricing prices the bill line by line, and each rate shows its source.
- 5Write. 12 document generators draft items such as the method statement, CVs and HSE plan.
- 6Check. The Mock Evaluator scores the draft, and the lists what is missing or expired.
