Is Bidligence only for large contractors?

No. Starter is for one user bidding about once a month. Enterprise is for groups, joint ventures and multi-country bid teams.

Can a subcontractor use Bidligence to bid to a main contractor?

Bidligence is built for a contractor's own bid on a public or development-funded tender. A bid to a main contractor is outside that. Test it on a real job with your welcome credits first.

Does it work for consultants or suppliers?

It is built for construction contractors, and its rate library covers construction items. If you sell services or goods, a general proposal tool may suit you better. See the alternatives.

We have never bid for a government job. Is it too advanced for us?

You can test it at no cost. 500 welcome credits cover a tender's analysis, its Bid Score and a priced BOQ. The why tenders are rejected guide is a good first read.

Bidligence is for construction contractors who win work by public and development-funded tender. It does not suit buyers running tenders or sales teams answering questionnaires. It also does not suit firms that want a person to write the bid.
